Talent Acquisition Job Portal developed for MVP

MVP Educational Society has recently launched the MVPTAC web portal in February 2024 to transform their talent acquisition process in a more advanced way. MVP (Maratha Vidya Prasarak) is one of Maharashtra's leading educational trusts, providing education through various schools and colleges in different areas of Nashik. MVPTAC (Maratha Vidya Prasarak Talent Acquisition Cell) is a job portal designed and developed by WOWinfotech. It aims to simplify and streamline the functional work of job applications and selection procedures for MVP vacancies.

Before the launch of the MVPTAC portal, MVP Educational Society had difficulties efficiently tracking and managing the numerous job applications received for various positions across their schools and colleges. The manual procedure followed was time-consuming. In addition to this, it also had chances of errors thus making it challenging to maintain proper records and ensure a fair selection process.

WOWinfotech designed and developed the MVPTAC web portal to address these challenges, including user-friendly features and intuitive functional components. The portal offers three separate logins as follows:

  1. RCC login (for HR manager): RCC login has access to edit, enabling the HR manager to enter and store the data of the applicants on the portal. The data is securely stored and can be accessed by authorized people, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
  2. EO login (for educational officers): It is given by the owner of RCC login (HR) to educational officers. This login has only ‘view’ access.
  3. Sarchitnis login (for educational officers): Similar to EO, this log in is also given by the owner of RCC login and has only ‘view’ access.

One of the distinct features of the MVPTAC portal is its comprehensive application status tracking system. Applicants are categorized into five distinct statuses:

  1. Pending (application yet to be received by higher authorities)
  2. In Process (application received but not yet selected)
  3. Selected 
  4. Rejected 
  5. Refer to (application referred for vacancies in other organizations)

HR managers monitor the progress of each application and make informed decisions.

The first component we come across after logging in is a dashboard displaying the number of applications.

Next slide displays the list of candidates along with their data.

Similarly, the portal integrates other components of data further which are: Position, Education Officer, Log Master, Report Master, Credential Master and Add Taluka.
